You’ve planned your dream wedding to the very last detail, and now you’re looking for a professional to bring all of your plans together on the big day. That’s where we come in! Our team will begin to work with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to gather all the important details. We’ll take over communication with your vendors, cross-check contracts, confirm final payments, create a detailed timeline, and produce a worksheet that our team will follow to set up the venue and seating arrangements.
We offer access to a planning portal, where you can track vendor payments, manage your guest list, and access planning checklists and other useful tools to help make your special day a success. This will allow you to relax and fully enjoy your wedding day with your loved ones.

We offer three different design packages, each providing a varying level of design assistance. All our packages include a thorough design consultation with our Senior Design Team, a detailed Design Proposal featuring a floor plan, vendor suggestions, budget options, and access to our online planning software for all your planning needs.
Elevated Package
In addition to the essentials, this package includes assistance with vendor negotiation and contracting.
Executed Package
This package includes all the features of the Essential & Elevated packages, as well as assistance with day-of installation and setup.
